Billing Specialist

Evans & Dixon is currently seeking to add a Billing Specialist to our expanding St. Louis office. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for: processing electronic and paper invoices, reviewing and submitting budgets, working with clients, and assisting new clients by setting them up on billing websites. Successful candidates will have a durable work ethic, superior ability to multitask, and enjoy working in a fast pace and intellectually stimulating setting.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices through email and electronic billing websites
• Send out physical paper invoices
• Work with clients related to billing
• Create and submit budgets to clients
• Set up new clients on billing websites and portals

Skills and Specifications:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Knowledge or familiarity of billing procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment
• Must be well organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to be self-sufficient in prioritizing tasks
• Ability to deal professionally and effectively with both clients and attorneys
• Ability to analyze routine accounting tasks

Education and Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience handling billing & invoicing
• Highschool Diploma/GED required
