Marketing Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

Work closely with marketing and business development team to implement and execute marketing strategies targeted at our legal clientele. This position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of legal marketing, including content creation, social media management, market research, data entry, and event planning.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Assist in the creation of marketing materials including newsletters, social media content, attorney bios, articles, and blog posts tailored to the legal industry.
2. Assist in the management of social media accounts including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
3. Support the organization and execution of client events, webinars, seminars, CLEs, conferences, and firm outings.
4. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
5. Enter and maintain accurate data in our HubSpot CRM system including customer contact information, interactions, and sales activities.
6. Post appropriate marketing and business development-related information on the firm intranet.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. This job may also work in various clients' locations, with varying conditions and elements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience with Canva, Google tools, and WordPress a plus!
